• 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game, with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one

• No draw offers before move 30 is completed

Tiebreak Rules

• FIDE Laws of Chess will apply
• Money prizes will be shared

• In case of a tie for the first place, there shall be a playoff between the top two players which shall be determined as follows:
  • Mutual result(s)
  • SB
  • More number of games with Black
  • Drawing of lots
• Playoff Regulations
• The playoff match will take place immediately after the last round finishes.
• There shall be a pause of 3-5 minutes between the playoff games, unless the Chief Arbiter decides otherwise.
• Blitz
• The match will consist of 2 Blitz games, with a time control of 5 minutes + 3 seconds increment per move from move 1.
• Colors shall be determined by the toss of a coin, conducted by the Chief Arbiter. The winner of the toss shall have choice of color.
• If the score is still level after the blitz game, the players shall play a single decisive “Armaggedon” game.
• Armaggedon
• The player with the White pieces shall receive 5 minutes, the opponent with the Black pieces shall receive 4 minutes whereupon, after the 60th move, both players shall receive an increment of 3 seconds for each move from move 61.
• Colors shall be determined by the toss of a coin, conducted by the Chief Arbiter. The winner of the toss shall have choice of color.
• In case of a draw the player with the Black pieces is declared the winner.
